The Pharmaceutical Benefits Management Company SUNRx wanted to develop a system to create and track complex day-today orders (currently 200 /day) and a system that would incorporate customer service taking calls from members and tracking their requests (500-1000/day). The challenge was to develop a system that will provide the highest rate of productivity, while building upon a framework that will facilitate scalability.
The OMS developed by mêa|CONNECT includes Order Management System (OMS), PBMS and Customer Relation Management (CRM). In OMS, the order manager can create/modify/view/delete orders. The Order Manager can also add/modify/view members. Product Search Facility can also be used. Different claims like Medical claims & DSI claims are managed under Claims Management. Credit card payment, quality control of products/orders and check payments are also managed under OMS. The Quality Manager can ensure quality and can view/modify/delete order details. In check payment, details can be added/modified/deleted/viewed. PBMS deals with User Management. It allows addition/modification/deletion/view member and group and a Search facility. CRM provides ticket support. A ticket can be added/modified/deleted/viewed. It also provides the facility of Drug Search. |
