One of our client’s wanted to develop a portal that would facilitate online distance learning to the subscribed users of a course. The system would allow users to keep track of all the modules of the course and all information related to the user. The challenge was to develop a comprehensive online training tool to effectively train different employees and disciplines within the medical field.

The iLearn developed by mêa|CONNECT allows admin to manage users under the respective courses. The admin can add/modify/delete/view courses under a job and also add questions for the exercises. The courses can contain a combination of graphical elements to enhance the learning process such as images, animations and interactive (clickable) Flash elements. A user can avail one course at a time. iLearn allows the user to keep track of all the modules, which are part of a course. While studying for the course, users can also manage notes for the particular topic. At the end of the course, a test for that module has to be attempted. The user is then given a certificate of qualification for that module, subject to clearance of the module test.
