| Our client, ‘Astonish Results’ active in the mortgage sector wanted a robust web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to track, consolidate and classify millions of leads in the most effective manner. The challenge was that the CRM solution had to empower loan officers collect, sort out and pursue leads, maintain a data base of potential leads and categorize leads as ‘prospective’, ‘sales-ready’ and ‘qualified’ opportunities. The CRM had to send automated high end email campaigns thru the Email Marketing System to prospective leads with the facility of follow-up. An additional requirement was that state specific campaigns had to be designed for the whole of the USA. |

The USP of the CRM tool is the user friendly manner in which it enables mortgage professionals maintain contact with their customers. The brokers could collect potential leads from different web sites, categorize them into different stages and effectively manage them through relevant communication strategies. The CRM mechanism was strengthened by an inbuilt Campaign Management System designed to target leads with emails and a Financial Planning Tool to record transactions of customers during the whole mortgage approval process. The streamlining of the entire mortgage process leveraging our revolutionary CRM solution has lead to a 60% increase in lead generation. |
